has absolutely loved building her music and entertainment career, but she does NOT want that for her children. After Chevel Shepherd claimed  victory for Team Kelly, the vocal powerhouse shared during a press conference, “I seriously hope they are tone deaf.”

Though that seems a bit harsh, Kelly means well and went on to explain her statement. She looks back on how she’s acted as a ‘stage mom’ for both Chevel and previous season winner Brynn Cartelli while coaching them during the show and mentoring them after winning the singing competition.

“I get so excited and I’m afraid of what kind of mom I would be” the Texas native shared. “I think I would be my mom … She would be like, ‘I have heard better but it was solid!”

Clarkson has two little ones with her husband , son Remington Alexander (2) and daughter River Rose (4yrs). The “Love So Soft” singer wants her kids to take on careers way outside of the entertainment world. The potential mom-a-ger should really think twice. These babies are absolutely adorable!

River Rose already has some serious posing skills! We will have to see what’s in store for these little cuties!
